1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are custom-made, eligibility for returns or refunds may vary. You may qualify for a return, replacement, or refund if:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design.

The printing, size, material, or structure differs from the final pre-production sample you approved.

Items were delivered incorrectly due to our error.
Products not eligible for returns:

Custom-made or personalized items that match the approved proof/sample

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Items returned without prior authorization
2. Reporting an Issue
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order and provide:

Photos or videos showing the issue

A brief description of the problem

3. Return Process
If your return is approved:

We will provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (when possible).

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will confirm the resolution.
Return shipping cost may be covered by Better Packaging when the issue is caused by our error.
4. Refund Options
Depending on the situation, you may receive:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before production begins.

Once printing or manufacturing has started, cancellations may not be possible.

If materials have already been purchased or production has begun, cancellation fees may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping:

Please notify us immediately.

Provide shipping photos, packaging details, and courier documentation (if available).

We will contact the carrier and arrange replacement or compensation as needed.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom-printed items that match approval proofs

Clearance or discounted products
